High quality professional still photography and video* will be produced according to the marketing standards of LIV Sotheby`s International Realty and will be published to multiple online websites and to the MLS.

Virtual Staging will be provided if necessary so prospective buyers can envision the home furnished.
“Just Listed” and “Sold” postcards will be mailed to the 50 closest neighboring properties.
Local exposure via The Crested Butte News, The Gunnison Times and our semi-annual publications LIV Magazine Resort Addition and The Real Estate Source (readership of over 100K!).
The local Realtor community will be invited to familiarize themselves with your property by attending Open Houses. Often these are attended by neighbors and passersby as well.

Your property will be entered into our mobile app, SIR Mobile, so that buyers will have access to view your property when they are driving neighborhoods.
A Hit Report will be emailed to you reflecting the actual number of online “hits” your property received over thepast week or month, which website it was viewed from and from what part of the world the viewer saw your property.

Your property will be secured with a Supra lockbox. After we’ve confirmed with you that the property is ready for a showing during a specified time frame, a member of the Gunnison-Crested Butte Association of Realtors will show the home. Members use a smartphone app to access the key, and the system tracks the exact time the home was entered and exited. No keys get lost, and there is no wondering whether or not a showing took place.

• You will be updated regularly on feedback from showings and feedback from the Realtor community.
• I’ll be monitoring market conditions and comparable properties for sale and advising you on any suggested changes in price or presentation.
• I’ll be following up on Internet, walk-in and call-in leads, showing the property and scheduling showings by other Buyer’s Agents.
